I only work part time and we have good air con inside the store so during work there's really no issue with heat. I do wear a lot of dresses, skirts and shorts just because it's always hot here in summer and I don't want to have to change after but nothing crazy revealing. They are pretty chill regarding dress code but don't want to push my luck

i'm a musician i can wear whatever i want unless it's a show then i have to wear what they put on me. rehearsal studios are usually very cold so i mostly pile on sweats and wear my Uggs. then you walk outside and it's 90°

No, free and fair Germany, which makes it a bit funny. But the managing directors were more on the conservative side in an already conservative business (management consulting).
