1. Wash your face with regular soap and none of these weird herbal body wash mixtures, which have zero value for improving skin conditions.

2. Make sure to have vitamin B in all its 8 forms but integrate them gradually into your diet because fast integration leads to either insomnia or weight gain. Better to get the vitamin through diet rather than vitamin capsules.

3. Drink lots of water, because your liver uses water to burn fat when you're not able to breathe in the 50 pounds of oxygen you need to burn one pound of fat.

4. Surround yourself with green plants that do not have colourful flowers because green plants increase the rate at which you recover from surgery by 80%, and green plants create oxygen while flower plants create carbon dioxide.

5. Be nice to others, by holding the door for them at stores, saying please and thank you to those that help you, and offering to help old people carry groceries when you see them around shopping. Being kind to others, boosts your happy hormones, which is good for fighting sickness or sudden death.

Physical activity and staying fit keeps my face looking young (for my age).

I use olive oil for dry patches of skin

Coconut oil for my hair (my hair is curly so I prefer coconut oil which penetrates the hair better than other oils). For people with straighter hair, oils like argan oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, flaxseed oil, etc are probably better options.

And I exfoliate my skin pretty roughly by covering a bar of soap with a washcloth and rubbing it vigorously on my skin in the shower. Gets all the dirt and sweat off better than most and because of that I rarely ever get acne.

I think I have my routine down pretty well honestly.

Sooo I've been told a lot about my skin before and honestly I just think the less I put on it, the more it has stayed nice. BUT one big big one is dermaplaning. I prefer full coverage makeup and we all have hair on our faces, like how small it is on a peach. Well I take alllllll of that off of my face. Literally all of it. My makeup sits nicer on my skin, it doesn't get cakey and dermaplaning takes off all the dead skin and I swear after I do this my skin looks so different and without little hairs all over it, I look younger. Well my skin does. I also find that how I look, beautywise, reflects how I feel inside.

Beautiful feeling inside radiates outside. That's all for me. Oh and for my diet, I feed my soul.
