I haven’t, but I would consider it. I don’t see anything wrong with it. Personally, I like natural looks, so I would never get a pair of GG’s.

  Now that I can understand for health reasons. If you dont get a reduction i know some great exercises to strengthen your back the would probably help with the pain

If your talking boobs and booty then no. I've never needed that. But if I had the money to waste on such a thing I'd consider other things like sign of aging surgery, under eyes, chin, tummy tuck. Those kind of things.
