Shirt vs Tshirt. Which one do you prefer? Which one do you find most comfortable to wear and why?

By "shirt", I assume you mean a long sleeved collared shirt like a dress shirt or casual collared shirt, maybe a polo shirt. That's me. t-shirts and sneakers are for runs, workouts, backpacking, the beach or pool, and working outside around the house. At work or when I'm out socially, I'm wearing a collared button up shirt and probably a blazer or sportscoat with leather shoes that have been polished. In a social situation the sleeves are always rolled up and the collar is open. I'm comfortable in a collared shirt or a t-shirt.

T-shirt more likely to be comfortable though fabric is important too. Like I had a silk shirt that was very soft and comfortable and short sleeve shirts can be comfy as well.

Collars on shirts are the maker or breaker for me. Cuffs and fit too. If I wear a tie these factors are important. I've had shirts made and fitted that were extremely comfortable but not cheap.

I wear almost nothing but either T-shirts or scrubs when working. They are very comfortable, easy to keep clean, and readily disposable as well. The T-shirts look fairly good, the scrubs not so much, but being visibly attractive is not the point. Comfort is.

A t-shirt is what I'd wear at home or during a very casual outing.

I'd put on polos and women's dress shirts for golfing events or other similar occasions.

T-shirt outside during the summer. Long-sleeve t-shirt during winter. Topless indoors because it is too humid to do elsewise.
Button-up shirts are a work thing only, and I hate them otherwise.

Depends on the cut (and the season). Some are more flattering and comfy in the summer, others are better for the winter months.

I do have shirts for special occasions, but it's not what I would wear daily.
