Guys, do you prefer wearing collared shirts like polos, or graphic tees/T shirts?

Neither. I only wear dress shirts and other button ups. I don't like polos and absolutely despise graphic tees. Polos look silly outside of sports and graphic tees are too casual and are childish.

I actually like button downs a lot. Tees are nice for casual days and polo's are for when I need to look a certain way but they will notice I look too comfortable in a button down.

I wear all kinds of shirts, depending on the situation. A collared shirt is most common, dress shirt for the office, polo shirt for informal times like at home.
