What do you say to yourself when you look in the mirror?

I do not like myself all the time. But when I look in the mirror I always say positive things. You know how they say you are what you eat... well you are what you believe. That doesn't mean you eat a bunch of bananas and become a monkey... It means eat healthy consistently and you become healthy over time compared to if you didn't... same goes for what you let your mind tell you. Everyone has negative thoughts it's about choosing to belief the positive thoughts more then the negative ones. If you wake up thinking today is gonna suck it's gonna suck. You limit yourself to that first thing. If you wake up and say today is gonna be a good day! it might be a bad day but it might also be a good day simply because it choose to make it... Believe in yourself the purpose is always you! Fake it till you make it works because you open yourself up to possibilities and believe you deserve to earn it. That makes you want to earn it. And so you do. Fake it till you make it is believing in yourself before you know how to. You still have to learn how to thou.
