Doesn't skin texture effect how it wrinkles with age?

Think of it, isn't having rough skin more likely to result better when aging than having soft or silky skin, think of a blanket, which ones wrinkle faster, the rough blankets or the thin soft and delicate ones, what if skin reacts similar but with age instead 🤔

I guess oily and skin which stays moist by its own or is thick wrinkles very late. Asians and Blacks have that kind of skin.

And thin skin which is dry, wrinkles quickly. Like the skin of white people.

My mom has thick skin and that's why she still looks the same like she did when she was in her early 30s, now she's in mid 40s. Same with my dad, he has pores and slightly damaged skin due to extreme sun exposure and I'm really worried he might be in risk of skin cancer but he has like 1 wrinkle on his forehead which he always did because of his continuous frown lol. He's in his early 50s but he looks like he's in early 40s. He actually always looked like he was 40 even when he was in his late 30s and his wedding pictures.

When my parents were newly married, one of my dad's employees thought my mom was his daughter because of how young my mom looked compared to him 😭 and so many people confuse my mom to be my elder sister.

That's interesting, so it seems to be true, that's probably why people tan easily and others don't type of thing as well or something similar, either ways it's pretty wild stuff lol

Yeah and black people surprise me so much, like all these black grandmas and grandpas, they look like someone's college daughter or son but turns out that they have 5 grandchildren. I think they truly never wrinkle if they take care of themselves well, they wrinkle after hitting 70s. Maybe because they have dark skin with high melanin, the sun doesn't bother them much. I guess for East Asians, it's their diet and thick skin.

It's collagen and how much the body produces. I'm rocking production still and getting carded. Enjoying while it lasts. Zero wrinkles so far.

I had a male friend who had intense wrinkles around his eyes since a young teen going through puberty.
