I don't. I bought couple of push up bras few years and used to wear it whenever I was going to some event, but it was so uncomfortable and made me like as if my breathing is being restricted. Push up bras might look good on certain type of clothing like dresses with deep neck but I'm not going to compromise on my breathing, get rashes/red indentation or risk blood circulation problem.
