Yes, it is a tired look. I think it started in the 80s though? I was a little kid, but I remember all the moms wearing black stirrups leggings. Here we are, 45 years later, and the elastic band is cut off. 😂

Honestly, the black are better than the skin tone leggings with the ring around the butt cheeks. 😜
