The idea of this look is the absence of a conventional bottom (no skirt, no shorts, no trousers).

A long blazer functions almost like a dress: it fully covers the body from the sides and back, so the outfit remains socially acceptable. At the same time, a blazer is perceived as an upper-layer garment, not a final one, which creates tension and a subtle sense of intimacy. Everything is technically covered, yet the expected “bottom” is missing.

The open front of the blazer strengthens the effect: Unlike a dress, the blazer feels like temporary coverage. A short, partially unbuttoned shirt works only together with the blazer; nothing is actually revealed, but the viewer knows what is normally hidden.

An unbuttoned shirt could reveal underwear, but dark pantyhose combined with black panties and a bright shirt does not allow you to see anything, but you know "it's there". So the look plays with disrupted clothing logic rather than nudity.

Think of it like this: there are some people who look "hawt" to you no matter what they wear. They can wear the dumbest shitty rag and you'll still be glazing. Well, AI generated "people" (aka aryans) aim for this universally hawt look, and even multiply it by a thousand, and apply this to all the "people" it generates. AI companies want to be used by you, so they all automatically have the "sexy" setting enabled, trying to addict you. So even if 100% of this forum tells you "this is the hottest outfit ever" = doesn't mean you'll be your crush's erector by wearing the same outfit.

Generally I think it covers too much feminine shape due to wide waist. Long shirt as skirt doesn't look sexy but rather as she forget to put a skirt on. It doesn't look elegant nor decent sexy, just slightly vulgar and masculine.

There was a woman in my locale who was famous for just wearing a man's white shirt in summer when shopping. Sadly I never got to meet her but she did wear heels too so I think I would have liked her.

A different woman asked me if I had a spare suit coat for her to wear. As you wear out the suit pants before you wear out the coat I had a couple. I did get to see her in my ex-suit coat.

It is sexy for all the reasons you say but you missed two. First a woman wearing man's attire just seems to highlight her femininity rather than making her look butch. Second there is parallel with a woman borrowing a T shirt the morning after which engenders thoughts.
