For a three day trip, how many pairs of undergarments (Underwear/Bras/socks) do you pack?

I pack at least one per day plus an extra for every 3 days- more if I'm going to be doing physical activity like skiing- then I'll pack two per day. So for 3 days, between 4 and 6.

I pack at least 6 and I always pack older ones since its easier to toss out instead of packing worn underwear same with socks lol
