for me, it depends...

there's a whole bunch of different types, styles and cuts for both bikinis and bathing suits

and then you also have different body types and sizes and figures too, on women of course

one or the other, both will fit differently to different people so, it just depends on so many things, however... the one I've ever liked the most when I saw in person, was a bodysuit... for sure sure

Bikinis hands down. I'm gonna give a harsh truth that may offend some. The less attractive you are, the more you benefit from more coverage. And the more attractive you are the more you benefit from showing more skin... at the beach anyways. If we're talking about just a normal public scenario, being classy means only showing a respectable amount of skin.

Bilateral symmetry and a small waist-to-hip ratio (typically close to 70%, or less, especially in cartoons) are universal beauty characteristics. You will be unable to name a Disney Princess, a single girl in Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, or a beauty icon, current or past, without those characteristics. It is possible that you might find a young woman, you believe is beautiful, who doesn't have smooth, clear skin. However, if so, a lack of smooth, clear skin doesn't make her beautiful.
