What should I wear to tomorrow night’s party?

I’m returning home from tafe (community college); briefly, to prepare to head out to tomorrow night’s party. I’ve got two options of stuff to wear. My blue hoodie , yoga pants and ballet flats, or my green blouse, yoga pants and ballet flats. With a light trench coat over the top, as it’ll be cooler in the evening?

I’m going with the intention of being comfortable and I’m not looking to attract any men at the party. However, I’d like to look presentable. It’s going to be at a club, known to non Australians as a fancy diner.

The common guy would more likely try to flirt with you wearing a blouse though, so I would say wear the hoodie.

Hopefully they'll just leave you be and be respectful as they should be.

It’s a casual dinner party. I’ll be sitting with my friends and the guy I liked, also a friend, who it turns out doesn’t like me back. He tried to be attracted to me but he just isn’t. So, there’s a cuter guy there that has a big crush on me, but I’m not interested in him and like him as a friend. So I’ll be sitting with my friends, without planning on meeting anyone.

I’m not offended. On the contrary, I did ask, because I wanted guidance. 😊👍. I read that in Germany, people tend to dress more smart casual and less casually. Is this so?

Get some nice business costume or a nice dress.
Yeah, people in Europe generally dress like adults. I have never seen someone shopping in a bathrobe or pajamas (thank god).
