What should I wear tonight?

It's going to be hot tonight; and I'm heading to a local thai restaurant with friends, near the station. Should I dress super casually, in a t shirt and 3/4 trousers and sandals, or a light dress and sandals?

Go with the dress and sandals. I wouldn't wear a T-shirt to a restaurant with table service unless it's very casual -- a sports bar or some casual dining chain. But I avoid casual dining chains.

Try to be at about the same level of casual/formal as the friends you're going with. That way you blend in.

Wear something that shows cleavage. Cleavage puts everyone in a good mood.
