Are long-string hoodies still age-appropriate for women in their late 30s?

I’m getting rid of lots of stuff, with mum’s help. Women in their late thirties look better in clean cut, simple but elegant clothes, mum advised me. My mum is elegant, so I took her advice.

After filling a bag with girlish clothes which no longer suit me and replacing my girlish summer dresses with elegant, simple dresses that come below the knee, in bold colours, I have come across my two long, fitted hoodies with long white strings on the front. I was wondering if women my age wear those, or if they’re more for younger people?

I still wear my pink one and I wear it because it's comfy and I see other people still wearing them a lot.

Hoodies and a big thing in my State. We probably won't ever stop wearing them unless they stop making them.

Wear whatever you're comfortable with. Appropriate clothing is less about the age and more about the occasion. If you like the look and feel if hoodies then go for them, nothing wrong with it.
