At 21, you are still young. You can wear anything really. In your mid thirties you may want to tone it down. Yet, there are women in their thirties and forties who can still make it work. It is really a question of how it looks on you. Is it suited to your body type? Does it compliment you? How does it make you feel about you? Of course, the guys will love it. You don’t have to worry about that.
