Nah, no our balls have been pretty much addressed by evolution. It's not a problem. The only measure I've been forced to take is spandex boxer briefs to protect my thighs. I have really bulky muscular thighs from decades of running, climbing, and carrying 50-75 pound packs on my back. So chafing of my upper thighs can get painful and bloody. The spandex grips my skin and takes all the abrasion. The only other issue I've had, and only a few times is bloody nipples / bloody shirt on a long run like a half or full marathon distance, say 13 - 26 miles. But Vaseline is the easy cheap solution for that.

Most of my exercises are done indoors only because of my clothing option is working out in the nude. Working out in the nude is the way to go with me.
