I usually sleep in my underwear, which I change daily. When I occasionally sleep in pajamas, I change them at least once a week. I perspire when I sleep, and that perspiration is not a nice odor.

I have slept naked since I was around 14 so one less set of cloths to wash. But I change my sheets at least once a week... sometimes more if I get body fluids on them if you know what I mean

Probably 2 to 3 times a week. Underwear though is daily of course.

I wear them two to maybe 3 times then into the wash. The body has mites etc so I like to keep them clean.
