Yes, it’s definitely a thing 😄 Body piercings in general are way more fluid now, and guys are experimenting beyond ears, brows, and noses. A belly button ring on a guy can be part of a specific aesthetic: edgy, queer, alternative, or just personal style. It’s not super common, but it’s absolutely not unheard of anymore.
