Yea it could definitely be attractive... but I suppose it depends on who this person is... if it's a twisted minded freak or a sexy intriguing person. Could be sexy, alluring, scary, intimidating or uncomfortable. Girl from first link has a hot body! :o

No I find piercing blue eyes scary which is what I usually see if a guy has blue eyes which is probably why I find blue eyes least attractive..are you talking about light/bright eyes or thin/shaarp sized eyes because thin eyes look cute when a guy smiles/laughs but kind of scary if its a bright piercing color
