A woman who doesn't wear heels is sexually boring, unless she's wearing flip flops to the beach during the summer. Guys don't like boring and flat women. Men are attracted to women for how alive, energetic, and feminine a woman is. It's a pleasant change to their stoic male existence. So, wearing things that take away from highlighting those qualities makes a woman seem less attractive. She may as well put a dildo in her underwear and see how guys respond.
Heels are designed to highlight femininity. Their arch replicates the arch of the female foot during orgasm. They posture a woman to walk like a young river nymph, tip toeing and signaling that she is excited about the man approaching her territory and accepting of him and open to and eager at the idea of having sex with him. It's alive, energetic, feminine, young, and attractive. Of course, I'm describing a 4 inch arch, which means 4-5 inch heels.
By wearing heels, you dare to become sexually relevant on a man's radar. It's scary, I understand. Without heels, if you don't get the attention you want from a man, you can always revert to the excuse of not really trying to begin with. With heels, that excuse is not available. You are trying. You're putting yourself out there. You are sending out sexual cues, and failure of men to respond is taken as rejection of who you are as a woman and as a sexual person. But that's also what makes heels sexy. They go a step further and state to men that you're not afraid to put yourself out there. You're not afraid of being judged sexually, because you anticipate favorable and positive results. It communicates confidence in your sexuality, and that's what's really attractive about a woman wearing heels - she is communicating that she is confident and comfortable with herself sexually.
Yes heels do look sexy, however lighter frame suits stillettos well where as heavier people more of a block heel. If you are having difficulty wearing heels, I suggest that you start with a pair around 3" block heel, do lots of walking each day. At first, your calf muscles will be a wee bit sore, then after a couple of weeks no discomfort at all. Now go higher to around 4" heel. You can mix your style, but do plenty of walking. To tone those calf muscles. After a short while, yes you will be able to look and feel smart in any heels with out feeling uncomfortable, you won't want to wear anything else

Its not that the heels are a turn on, its that women tend to look much better with heels on.
I realize they can be uncomfortable (and probably bad for you). So its a trade off.
But yes, women look better with them.
5'8" seems normal height for a woman to me. I know its tallish, but growing up that's how tall most of the women in my family and women I dated were. I'm 6'3" so ...
I prefer a lot, and women wearing heels always get my attention. And yes, women do indeed look great in heels and more sexy. But lots of women don't enjoy wearing them, they aren't really healthy either. So It's not like I am going to dismiss a girl just because she refuses to wear heels. You can also look great in flats, no problem. So it's not going to make a difference in my perception about a girl, I'll usually just notice her quicker, but it doesn't mean I don't like girls in flats.

Heels are the hottest, but I understand you can't wear them all the time.
Heels make a girls legs look longer, and thinner, and usually forces their butt up and rounder. All a win.
High heels do make girls look sexy, but it doesn't change my perception of a girl. Honesrly I don't understand how anybody wears high heels. Your basically putting all the pressure on your toes are you not?

I like high heels, especially if a woman is tall (5'11 and up). However, it won't make that big of a difference in my perception, if I like a girl, I like her, whether she wears heels or not.

For me, it depends. In jeans and the like, wear flats. But a good looking girl in a nice dress or skirt...heels are pretty damn sexy.
