It's definitely a show of affection, whether innocently friendly or flirting. It could just be that he appreciates you as a person and worker. If that's all he does I wouldn, t read more into it, unless he starts making it more obvious that he is flirting. At least you're not one of those woman who starts yelling sexual harassment right a way.
