A guy can call you a tease for just dressing hot and that would be a good thing. He can also call you one because you're cute but not available to him. Nothing wrong with that either. I've called a girl a tease as a complement because she was super cute and liked to flaunt her best features. Calling a girl a tease isn't always just because she teases a guy sexually but then stops there. If you haven't done that yet you've been called a tease it's probably for those other reasons I mentioned. In that case it's not a bad thing. It's actually a good thing.

It depends on the tone and intent of the usage, if you two were having a good time and "poke" at each other playfully then I would say that he was trying to simply be playful or flirtatious. On the other hand if he said it with spite then it means that he thinks that you intentionally lead him on with the express purpose of dropping him after building up his ego just to watch him being emasculated. And its a very bad thing. The full use of the term would be "cock tease". It used to be considered as vile a name as being called a c...u...n...t.

it's a bad thing, but at your age, guys will call you that for no reason. all they can think about is sex, so anything a girl does they consider sex related, so when you don't follow through they consider you a 'tease'. also, guys will call girls a tease because they have too much pride and hate rejection, so they feel the need to blame it on the girl.

In my opinion it is a bad thing. It means you tease sexually, make them hard and then not follow thru. Or maybe I should say make them want you and you making them think they can have you but it doesn't happen. Does that make sense?, if not sorry I can't seem to word things right

Depends on how it's said - in anger or while joking around. If in anger, it's definitely not a good thing, but I think that would be obvious. A tease to most guys is a girl that gets them going and then refuses to either have sex with them or at least help them get a release. Some teasing can be a turn-on, but too much and it quickly turns to frustration. Even if you're called a tease in a joking manner, it's not necessarily a good thing unless you eventually help him get off. So - by way of summing it all up - I don't think it's a good thing, in general.
