Got caught looking at this girl's feet, does she think I'm weird?

I'm into women's feet. Not all feet, just the pretty ones. Sometimes I see women who's feet disgust me (major turn off) but at times I see beautiful, pedicured feet with painted toenails. They resemble candy lol like marshmellow with skittles. I particularly like it when they wear ballet flats and play with them. Is this weird?

I can count about three instances when I realized the girl noticed. When they see me again, they start flapping their flats. Just recently I noticed a girl was staring at me as she left the room. The next day, she sat in her usual seat (in front of me). I started looking, and she deliberately slipped her flat off her foot and it dropped on the floor. At this point I'm like: "Oh sh$&@, she knows..." So I started avoiding looking at her feet again. But it's didficult b/c it gets distracting! She's Asian and most Asian girls I've seen have gorgeous feet.

If I got into a relationship, (in general) I would like the girl to know about me being into feet, but not too soon. For this girl, I think she'd approach me but just out of curiosity or teasing. Would a girl approach a guy after noticing this, or just think he's a creep and back away?

To me it is, I feel judged. Like, I'm more than just a guy whose into female feet. They probably think I'm a perv.

Who cares what they think? You have a foot fetish and it's completely normal. There is nothing wrong with you, it's just the way your brain is formed. If someone judges you for something that you can't control an is harmless then fuck them. I understand your insecurity though, I sort of feel the same. Just learn to control it, and stop yourself from doing what the fetish tells you. I have a picture explaining a foot fetish somewhere
