Does it just means that you're funny if a guy says you're funny?

We're in middle school. Today we were in the class and me and my guy friend were sitting with my other friends and I was saying silly things (I don't know what was wrong with me today) and my guy friend was looking at me while laughing and he said "Man, ashely is funny"(My name is Ashely) and he kind of looked at me when he said it. I'm not making this a big deal I just want to know. So, does it just mean that you're funny if a guy says you're funny?

No. Some people will find you hilarious and some people will find you dull. Humor is subjective and other people don't determine if you're truly funny or not unless if you're a comedian.

It only means that that guy thinks you're funny.
