Guys: Does it mean anything if a guy lightly touched your leg just above your knee?

We went out on the weekend and we were sitting down beside each other pretty close! He kept being really touchy and flirting a lot that night but he was being super cute. Like he would pull out the chair for me so I can sit down and then I walked away for a couple minutes and asked if he can just keep an eye on my purse he grabbed my purse put it right beside him and put my drink in front of him so no one would touch it! When I went to go sit back down he was telling me a story and he lightly put his hand on my leg but above my knee! That same night he sent me a text message saying that IT was good to see me! I said you too:) I had fun! He's like same then he said that I better shape up on music Trivia because we will be playing more of it! I said hahaha Im preparing myself don't worry:p So guys, Does it mean anything if you touch a girls knee/right above her knee? Is that something that you'd normally do to a girl that you're interested in?
