What does it mean if a guy randomly gives you a piggy back ride?

There is a guy I know that I think likes me is always teasing me, hitting my arm, or playing with my hair. One day, after he hugged me, he randomly put me on his back and gave me a piggy back ride. I feel like this kind of confirms that he likes me, because I don't think most people would randomly do that.

Usually when a guy teases a girl on a regular basis, he usually likes her. By the nail on the coffin is touching you as well (poking and playing with your hair), and giving you a piggy back.

But the question is.. Do you like him back, and what do you want to do abot it?

If he is doing these playful gestures to other girls/and or his friends then he might just be having fun. However if he does this to you exclusively he is flirting with you.
