Why would a guy send you selfies?

Wanting a compliment? It makes sense

We almost dated but life likes to be funny and have you meet the right guy at the wrong time. We still keep in touch and I don't know if he likes me still but he sends me mixed signals. I still like him.

Anyways, he sends me selfies of himself occasionally. I give him complimets sometimes saying "youre handsome" or other times its just "thats a cool pic"

And it makes me wonder... Why would a guy send a girl selfies? Guys if you do this.. Are you looking for a compliment? Like the girl you're texting or simply sharing a pic?

Fully clothed lol. He sent me a pic of him innhis driveway on his bike and like a few days ago he sent me pics of him with his dad's group of friends from a trip. Pics like that. Most of the time he sends me selfies.
