This guy had liked me when I was 13, but I ran away because he was the first guy who approached me that way and I wasn't into boys those times. after that I kinda started liking him so when I was 14, I called him though he liked someone else those days...

He was the first guy, I really liked and I call him and told him I love him(those days I didn't know the difference between love and like) and I hung up on him. And called him again later, but he take my call and from that day onwards he stopped talking..

to me. and I am in my 20s now did meet guys and liked few, but still have feelings for the first guy. well, I said sorry to him for all those things...and he said he doesn't rem for what...and we do say hi now if we see each other...do you think he rems?

There have been so many of them I can't remember them all. I do remember a certain amount of them though. I guess it depends on how confident you were at the time, how much we had in common, and the type of impression you make on me. Oddly I can still remember certain girls that had crushes on me from when I was 4 years old all the way to the present.

I'm sure if he asked you out before and you called him and told him you loved him he remembers it (it may be a weird memory but non the less a memory). He may not admit it but its kind of hard to forget those type of things at the middle school level. But that was a long time ago, so I'm sure he moved on a long ago. If you see each other from time to time, that does not mean you can't try to start over. Start conversations with him, flirt, and see where things go. I'm sure he has changed though.

Probably because it was a little weird for him. Maybe he doesn't want to bring up the past. It was probably a little embarrassing for the both of you back then. Some girl getting all clingy saying I love you way too early probably scared him at the time. He probably wants to leave childish things in the past. People evolve a lot over 7 years especially from a middle school to college.
