What does this lingering hand touch mean?

I was casually pointing out something on a menu, she then pointed out something on the menu at the same time. As she did, she moved her hand right next to mine, touching side by side (seemingly deliberately). We both didn't move our hands away from each other, and we didn't say anything else. We just stayed there quietly, hands touching for a few moments. The only reason we moved our hands and continued conversation is because another friend started talking.

She's also subtly touched my fingers fairly often, like when I hand something to her or hold the door open for her. I do not think it's accidental, but those touches can be seen as such in case I don't like her back. Do you think she's showing interest in me?

You need to ask this girl out - this is getting ridiculous. You can ask a bunch of questions to see if people think she might like you back but guess what? No one can really tell you for sure. What does your gut tell you?

You should ask her out - man up. You are 31 years old. She'll most likely say yes. if you wait too long - a man with confidence might sweep her up.

We are friends and I care about her greatly, I won't risk what we have for misinterpretation of signals and impatience. I don't mind waiting, I am not in a hurry to screw things up and would prefer to build a meaningful long lasting relationship instead of just a fling. This is not a lack of confidence lol... I'm not worried there.

Great to hear! Try to make is more special than a friends get together or else she will think its a regular outing! I had a few guy friends, and I never saw them more than friends and I didn't realise that they took me on dates & I realised it was a date only in the middle of it (face palm) So try to get to know her deeper and make her feel like she can rely on you like a man kinda thing...

Totally showing interest in you. I've done similar Things, where I'll gently touch a guy's upper arm to get his attention and just leave it there for a while, as I talk to him

If you were a bit shy of his feelings for you, you'd lightly touch his hand just enough to where he notices, but it could be an accident?

What does it mean, when i handshook with a guy wishing him well & he wished me back. Without releasing my hand, he placed his other hand over the hand he was holding and had it lingering and we ended up locking eyes and he started communicating through his eyes - conveying protectiveness and that he's there for me and looked at me like i was more important than the others standing around us. And he didn't let go of my hand, until i leaned in place my cheek on his cheek. From a man's perspective, what's your take on it?

I feel like you need to let her know you like her. If you keep waiting she won't make a move on you. She wants you to make a move on her. She definitely likes you though. It's definitely noticeable!!
