I love this text.

However, I find most men (the ones I talk to) are really horrible at keeping conversation. They never ask about me and I'm a complete mystery to them. I think the last guy I dated for a few months didn't even know I had been married before. He was ready to move in with me for a physical relationship, but had no idea who I was.

When I speak to a man and he seems genuinely interested in me and invested in our conversations - I'd call him a keeper. Ask about her. Ask about her day, her family, her friends, her goals, dreams & ambitions. If you're interested in her, on more than a physical level - make sure she knows it!

Yes, girls love getting those types of texts. I'm not good at conversations but those types of texts always make my day. A way ta keep the conversation goin is by always giving her complements (don't over load it though) and maybe even talkin about new things every now and then.

I don't like it because it's just small talk that I find hard to keep up. I mean it's nice of him to ask, but it's either I'm having a bad day and don't want to burden him with my rants or I'm having a good day and all I can reply is "good thanks, you?" which is just shit.

Maybe if I speak to him in the evening and he asks, it's slightly different, because we're actually talking having a real convo.

I mean it's alright, but I'd rather the guy just delves right in conversation. Like showing me memes or videos or pics of stuff going on in his life/work/family etc or just ask random questions or talk about what's going on with them or around the world. The small talk stuff is awkward and boring yet at the same time can show that he cares.

Yes but only sometimes. You have to switch it up sometimes and say something different like "I saw this and it reminded me of you haha" and send them a pic of whateve it was. Or say something that happened to you. There doesn't need to be a hi before it just send it with no intro
