Would you be able to tell what's going on and make rational decisions, etc. if you were high vs being drunk? Someone has told me that you know what's going on when you're high. In my situation I'm not so sure hahah. This guy I chill with, almost everyday, is hard to read on flirting and what he wants when we chill because his actions are the same whether we are high or not, and me being bad with this I couldn't really say what he is doing.
