Is acting like you don't like a girl a good way to get her to like you? if so how?

people always say just don't act like you like her because the girls we don't like always seem to like us but not the ones we do like, so you should treat the ones you like just like the ones you don't like but does this work?

It is more subtle than that. You have to show interest or there is nothing to work with. Women hate being completely ignored and consider it rude. But once you show interest, it is also effective to play with their emotions with some give in take on a subtle level keeping them on the fence as to how much you like them. They also hate this, but it keeps them focused on thinking about you as a challenge which raises attraction. Jerks keep them on the doubting side of the fence. The alpha they are looking for keeps them on the optimistic side of the fence.

This is why people come to sites like this asking questions because you people throw so many mixed signals. How does making it seem like your not interested make her think you are interested. If you like someone, find some common ground and talk. It usually starts with, Hi, how are you this morning/afternoon/evening.

That always seems like a silly notion to me. It's an immature approach and a turn off.

If a guy doesn't show any signs of interest in me then I just move on from him. I'm only interest in a guy who'll make a mutual effort to get to me , not act like he's doesn't like me or is indifferent towards me. Life is too short to hold onto people who act like they don't care

You have to be direct with what you want. Don't intentionally act like you don't like someone when you really do. She will believe you.

i know what your asking dude. pretty much you have to act like you dont care so that she can try to make you care. this logic makes no sense but works to a certain extent. show little interest then walk away. if she runs to you then you're golden if not then try something else lol i personally do not play this game lol i prefer to just talk to them like a normal person

You can like her. And you can tell her. But don't be desperate. If your well being is bent on her reaction, she can sense it, and that's a turn off. Confidence is attractive.

If you want to attract a good person, don't play games and be yourself. But leave her alone if she is not interested in you. I think you get a person to like you romantically or as a friend by being respectful, nice and helpful : )
