In most cases I am the one being approached. I have no real routine in approaching girls. They ask me some silly questions, which I find to be cute, and then we are in the middle of a discussion. Since I'm talking mainly about women and men, they lose interest and I can continue to sip on my beer and enjoy my solitude in peace and harmony. But I enjoy the few minutes talking to her as well. I would recommend that girls approach guys more often. They wouldn't be just flat out rejected - as it happens to guys - and they can enjoy the feeling of being welcome.
