if you don't- your not
Idk...usually I wake up thinking of everything I have to do for the day haha... lol :(
LOL, well I don't believe that if you don't think of that person first/last thing of the day that it means you don't care for them. I think when you do, that definitely means you're in infatuation mode, but if you're not in infatuation mode, that doesn't mean you don't love a person!
Think of this - when you're going to sleep, you're exhausted! When you wake up, it takes a few minutes for your mind to fully become aware and it's just barely getting over whatever dreams you had all night...either way, you're mind isn't necessarily going to be thinking of anything logical, no matter how special that person is to you. No worries sweetie - actions speak louder than words AND thoughts :D.
I've never heard that before, but if anyone does say that, they're stupid and probably not in love, but rather infatuated. lol.
I love and am in love with my boyfriend. But even as big of a part of my life as he is, I still have a life separate from him. Sure, I think about him often, but sometimes when I fall asleep, I'm thinking about how stressed out I am about working the next morning.. or I wake up thinking about what I need to do that day (like you). It has nothing to do with how much I love him or don't love him.
As much as I hate to admit it (Because it makes me sound totally sappy). I do fall asleep thinking about my boyfriend a lot of the time and wake up thinking about him, or find myself thinking of him throughout the day. I'll be at work and something will remind me of him or I just find myself thinking of him. I never would have thought it was possible until I fell in love.
Love --- you get a warm, butter melting feeling in your heart/chest area
Lust --- you get an intense, "hot" feeling around your sexual organs
Irregardless of what time you have those feelings, love is love, and lust is lust. It matters, though, if all you have is lust for your bf/gf. >>> link
My first thoughts when I wake up are me looking for an excuse to call off work so I can go back to sleep.
My last thoughts before going to bed are daydreaming about fantastic imagery that inspires my writing.
Being in love would not affect this.

my story might be a little pathetic, but I have had a crush on this guy for years and when I wake up and fall asleep I do think of him, I still get butterflies when I see him and my heart stops beating. I don't think of him sexually I just really fell in love with him as a person. I don't think he was committed type and into me too much so he never asked me out...he knows I liked him though =/
Its not pathetic...i fell in love with my guy friend and have never felt so strongly about someone, not even my current boyfriend. I would wake up/fall asleep thinking about how much I cared for him it was crazy! even worst it lasted for about a year. I really care for my boyfriend now, but have never felt such strong feelings as I did for that boy :)
Awwww yeah its crazy. sigh....if only they knew...
Once I'm asleep, I'm asleep until I wake up, then when I wake up, I'm awake until I fall back asleep.
It means your subconscious consciousness (mind), the consciousness that cooks up dreams, is helping you (the daily "awake" consciousness) to release the toxic stresses/tensions you accumulated, but failed to release/process away at work. It also means if you can figure out ways to resolve/process those stresses right away, or if impossible, shortly after, your subconscious has a better time, and you get a better sleep, waking up even fresher.
Sure,i normally think about my girlfriend when am on my bed cos of my crush on her..
uh no. loving someone doesn't mean that you have to think about him nonstop
