Well, unless I am sure. I mean along with that smiley I will also see her choice of words as well. If I have a doubt that she is trying to flirt then I will ask her to stop right away and if not then the conversation ends right there. I will just not tolerate and accept anyone trying to flirt with me because I never flirt. Hence I am always alert.

If the woman persists then I will cease all contact with her.

It depends on the context it is used, for example if she says "I'm hitting the club's for drinking session this Saturday 😜😛😝", I wouldn't see that as flirting, just joking or fun.

Where if she said "You look great in that tight t-shirt 😛", then its flirting.
