How can I flirt with and know if my singing teacher likes me?

So I have been having singing lessons on Skype with my brothers next door neighbour, we are both of similar ages and I really like him, we get on very well and have a good laugh and joke together as well as talking about our families etc I just don't know how to flirt appropriately during the lesson and help move the relationship from professional to something more personal. Any advice or any signs to look for from him would be really helpful!

I would like to add the singing lessons are not attached to a school or any educational establishment he is self employed and 25 and I am 30 he is just doing the lesson for extra money during covid 19 and living at home with his family currently so no laws are being broken etc

I wouldn't know much of how to flirt other than dress super pretty for the lessons and even try to get to meet in person instead of online. I would have so much fun doing this I would do a wordrobe malfunction haha but anyway good luck and keep us updated.

I'm so bad at flirting! I'm thinking the best thing to do is wait till we meet which is likely as he is good friends with my brother and see what happens then I guess! I'm always making sure I look nice for the lessons but not sure if he would notice haha!

Try to go offtopic, and not necessarily flirty if you don't feel comfortable with that. If he humours you and let the topic stray a bit from what you two are supposed to do, that's a good sign that he likes you. If he keeps shooting your attempts down to make it more casual, that's a good sign that there's no pursuing it. If it goes well, try to invite him to do something with you other than the singing lessons.

Well we have quite a lot to talk about at the start of the lesson he usually chats with me for 20 minutes about how I am and what he's been up to etc he knows my brother quite well so we also talk about him as well for a bit

That can be brushed off as formalities though. Try to explicitly derail the lesson a little at times instead.

Ah I see okay I have tried that a couple of times like the other day I mentioned he had a hair clip in his hair in the middle of the lesson and then we spent about 5 minutes talking about how he wants to grow out his hair, he has occasionally derailed the conversation as well for example I'll make a mistake and he's used it to talk about something else like blooper videos on YouTube that I need to watch etc, do these count?

With quarantine it is likely your not interacting with a lot of people and just finding your self attached to this person out of a lack of options.
