As a black woman i have never had a guy do that for obvious reasons. I now have very short hair with shaved sides so a guy touching my head would feel very intimate since they'd pretty much be touching my skin. Probably would be erotic for me ngl.

I have had black women go for me in the past, and it is not a matter of the fact about being black that turns me off from many of them, but rather the part where many of them were never able to become who they are on the deepest part of them that I had to be a guru towards them rather than being able to have it be about being a social equal that has nothing to do with skin tone since I am someone that goes by a caste system that is used in countries like Japan, or at least they used to.
