Signs he's wanting to go over to you and get to know you?

Making eye contact for more then a few seconds, trying to see what your doing so he has something to talk about. Sometimes guys will even "accidentally" bump into you just to they can initiate a conversation.

Really just depends on the guy though, if I'm interested I'll make eye contact, smile and then walk over and introduce myself.

i didn't want to make it long because then I don't get answers lol.. but this guy that works at my grocery shop I go to once a week .. whenever I catch his eye he smiles at me.. the first time we both made eye contact we both sort of froze..it's a weird kind of smile he gives-almost nervous but definitely not fake.. I'll catch him glancing at me.. when I bought my groceries he came over to my cart and said "good stuff" then walked away looking back at me smiling.. I think he likes me..
