There are some on this site. I'm not sure if I could name one for certain, but sometimes as I go through profiles I will see that as their location. Other times, I will see it in a question. There also is a Turkish version of this site:

If you are looking for Turkish users to chat with, that is the better bet. I would imagine some have accounts on both sites. There will be a lot more on the Turkish site and the language there is Turkish as opposed to English here.

Best check that site out if you speak the language well enough to communicate. I have not been a member there so I have no clue if it is busier or has more members than GaG. Good luck!

Yes, there are many. I often see a lot of questions about Turkey or the Turks here. The owner of the site is Turkish and there is also a Turkish version of the site
