I I like this girl and tried to get her attention and walk up to talk to her. But she looks at me and looks away which meant I could not talk to her.

If she rejects you, so what, at least you tried and you won't have anymore doubt about how she feels. Just because she's talking to other guys doesn't mean she's interested in them. it's easier to speak to someone you don't have any attraction for because there's less pressure to 'impress'
