Girls, how do you flirt w/ a guy?

There are 3 guys who are currently (I think) crushing on me. And I can see them debating on whether they should make a move or not. But whenever I am around them I just can’t think straight, each of them. I am quirky and have no idea how to act around guys when it’s about love. I can see myself with each of them, but I want to see what each of them are really like before I get into a real first relationship. I don’t know what to do, help! How do you girls flirt with guys? How do you don’t get nervous and not know what to say?

If I like him I will try and play it cool or kinda hide a bit. Not going to lie but I will ask guys out on dates if I really liked them. I do like this one guy and it was the simplest way to ask him out which was just drinks. But if I’m in a relationship I’ve got some really good pickup lines.
