Depends on what type of Darkskin your taking about. Caribbean dark, African dark, Tamil dark, etc. I see a lot of these groups with blond hair and even highlights. its not bad but it does standout more. so if there are inconsistency then it will be noticed. Another alternative i seen for blond that actually looked nice on people was more of a brown shade. It blends nicely

That sounds extremely attractive would definitely will love to see a picture of it to be a better judge. Most women around here that are dark skin just wear do rags

  Its pretty esp curled even straight and or crimped... it's the dimensions placement of hilights lowlights etc it really is fitting if color matches and is done right
