In the workplace I caught a girl staring at me few days in a row like only when no co-workers were looking she turned looking straight at me

When I looked at her back she turned away started twirling her hair and sucking on her lips

Does that mean she is attracted to me?

Don't go off of one sign that a girl likes you. Sometimes people are just zoning out, curious, or that's how they are. I think most girls if they like you are either very awkard or will let you know through obvious tells like smiling at you, flirty comments, find excuses to talk to you, or mild physical contact. If you have to question it, then they most likely don't like you

We’ll look at you for a moment, look away, and then look again, but only for a short second and then take it away again.

A prolonged look means wile are either curious about something you’re doing, or we are thinking about something completely different and just happen to be looking in your direction.
