Does she like me or hate me?

A new girl in our shop she avoids me purposely like avoids bumping into me , says hello to everyone even people Im working with

She would glance a lot bad stares a lot at me and other coworkers thinks there's something going on , when I look at her she licks her lips plays with hair looking away

She mimics my actions like if I scratch my back she scratches hers from distance

When I meet her in hallway she freezes looks down and away from me and gets all shy nervous I do too but still avoids me too but I taught I seen her the last day trying to time bump into me

I like her so trying to figure does she like me hate me?

Signs seem there apart from the ignoring

I was for few days now working opposite times it's really annoying.
I think she seemed attracted to me but won't meet her now

i really cannot tell but listen to your gut, if she has social media, add her and see from there, to chat and such if she accepts

possibly you make her uncomfrotable, either cause she doesn't feel good with you or is shy and likes you so its hard to tell
