Is "angel" or "goddess" a better compliment?

I want to call my girlfriend beautiful. This sounds soppy but I was looking for words more than just "gorgeous", "beautiful", etc. Is "you look like an angel" or "you look like a goddess" a better compliment to receive? What implies more beauty or affection?

I, personally, loved being called the goddess, closely followed by angel. But I think it depends on my mood.

Goddess - made me feel like the epitome of sexiness and feminine strength and “angel”made me feel adored and loved. She’ll like both.

Honestly, Goddess makes me feel icky, like it's sweet but it's a bit much. Angel is the perfect amount of sweetness. Feels more like baby, darling etc
