Because In caveman days, men would choose a girl based off of health and youth. I'm caveman days, your hair would show your health much more clearer. Darker hair refered to older women, because it darkens with age. So blonde was considered as youthful. Blonde also looks shinier and smooth; a sign of good health.

I am mixed. I'm 75% european and 25% middle eastern. I look like I'm from middle east. I have dark brown hair that is wavy and almost black, I have dark brown eyes, middle eastern facial features etc. I have fully biological siblings with blonde hair and blue eyes, so I am able to have children with blonde hair and blue eyes if I were to have children with someone who also carries those genes.
I find men with blonde hair and blue eyes to be so attractive, they are just so beautiful. I also want my kids to be blonde and have blue eyes. Damn they are hot
