Guys have different styles, levels or intensity of flirting. When flirting, it is important for me to smile and call a woman by her first name. Especially after asking her name for the first time. What better way to impress a lady that l may not see very often by remembering her name.


If l do choose to call a woman cute, beautiful, hot or whatever, which is rare because it is all too common, l do reserve it to certain interactions.


Because of my age, if l happen to flirt with someone younger and of course, of legal age, l make sure l identify her as woman and not girl. It is important that she knows l don’t see her as a child because of the age gap.


No matter if she is 20 or 60, l always flirt with respect. No disparaging or sexual undertones. And l never ever get all touchy, feely.

No. This is because, if this is at work or another setting like that, that could be conveyed as sexual harassment. Men have learned to keep their mouths shut because, while most women are fine and normal, there are those silent powderkeg women who could go off at the slightest thing that pisses them off including any attention that they perceive is sexual harassment.

Yea because at one point he kind of insulted me lol but we laughed about it. I had my hair in two puff balls. Some small hairs in the back were out and he goes “I see the little napz in the back.” lol and it was odd and he goes “Just joking.” I laughed but in my head I was screaming how awkward the situation had just become. I suppose that’s how he flirts, by picking at you.
