Please help, how do I flirt/befriend someone?

I’m bi and there’s this girl I find attractive, however I’m not sure if she’s into women. I’ve also never have said anything to her besides asking her to call my little cousins (she works at my cousins after school program.)

The most we do is we glance at each other or stare until the other person looks our way pretty much. Like yesterday i saw her, glanced quickly and went back to looking ahead but from my peripheral I saw her looking in my direction so I looked at her again and she quickly moved her head in the other direction.

I would like to approach her but I’m worried about making her uncomfy since she is working but to want to at least become friends with her but I don't know what to say/do without being a awkward mess.

This feels so juvenile y’all since i’m in my early 20, but pls send any advice, im begging.
