There is no best way for anyone to flirt with me. I don't like it because I am fully aware of what that means for the victim of flirting.

Flirting, by definition means:

"a sexual behavior involving spoken or written communication, as well as body language, by one person to another, to suggest interest in a deeper relationship with the other person".

We all know what is meant under the term "deeper relationship". It simply means that if the ultimate goal, the final aim, if given the opportunity, the person flirting with is to get into her pants. End of story. That is the ultimate goal of anyone flirting.

I abhor that thought and that is why I will never allow anyone flirting with me, simply because I don't intent to fornicate with that person.
